I took my 2yr old for her first dental appointment recently and the staff was amazing. They talked to her and helped her stay calm and not freak out when they were working with her. I would defiantly recommend this office.

My son has been seeing Dr. Casas since he was just a toddler and he is now 12. I absolutely love this office! Waiting time--little to none. Each one of the staff members are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My son actually gets excited about going lol which is odd --I mean, it is a dental office! The kids get to play in the back afterwards with video games, board games, etc while Dr. Casas talks to the parent about the exam/procedure/etc. Very warm atmosphere. I give it 5 stars and an A+.

Dr. Casas and all of her staff have never been anything but gentle, kind and very professional. I have never felt pressured to have any procedure done for either of my 2 children. Great dentist. Great staff. Nice waiting room and kid friendly play are in the back. Absolutely no complaints.

Had the same experience like the other person posted. I was given only 1 option which was IV Sedation and over $2,000.00 out of pocket after insurance. When I asked if they could break up the treatments and not put my son through so much at once and also because I wouldn't be able to afford everything at once, there were no other options. They wouldnt break up treatments. I thought if it meant fixing and treating his cavities faster it would of been a good choice rather then waiting.The receptionist was RUDE, busy talking to her co worker about lunch while I stood there waiting, and did not want to be bothered answering ANY of my questions when I was concerned about how come it was so much even after my insurance which is fairly good insurance. I will never go back here, give these people another dime.

Dr. Casas and Staff have been working with my son for years now with no problems an top quality service.. and best of all, very little wait time in the waiting room :)
