Friendly ok. Pharmacy is the absolute worse in Houston. LONG wait times to speak to pharmacy by phone. More times than not you wait a long time just to get kicked of line and have to start over. VERY LONG wait times - 3 to 4 hours - to get a new prescription filled. Drive Thru --Again LONG wait times. Prescriptions you have been told would be ready, are not. They want you to keep driving around or come back.

The pharmacy technician was rude and inconsiderate. I didn't have a number to a pharmacy to transfer some prescriptions and was not willing to help with that. She didn't even know how to pronunce the medications.

staff isn't knowledgeable in their own field. called with questions prior to my arrival and was told yes for pick up but to get turned away once I arrived in person. horrible staff.

Terrible customer service and very inconsiderate. I've been a customer for over 20 years and now they don't have their priorities straight. Will never be going back.
