I LOVE this dental office!!! Everyone is very professional and nice, and I never feel like I am receiving treatment that I don't need. Dr. McCormick seems to take a conservative approach (doesn't "over-treat"). He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I ALWAYS have a great experience here. A friend recommended this office to me a few years ago and my whole family has been coming here ever since.

The front desk staff put me down for a mutually agreed upon appointment day and time. However, upon my arrival on the scheduled day, they state that due to an error in the system, they got my times mixed up and actually had me down for 12p. The card said 1p. I asked if I could be squeezed in today - I had just driven 20 minutes to this office. They ask if I wanted to reschedule for another day. I declined and walked out. They even admit to being at fault for having a system that has mixed peoples appointment times up before. Patients beware
