Dr. Irene and her staff were great. From the moment I arrived they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. As someone who hasn't had a great experience at previous dentists, Dr. Irene removed those worries and made a trip to the dentist better than I could have imagined. They were great when it came to my insurance, everything was explained to me and I didn't have to worry. Can't say enough about the easy experience of going to Dr. Irene.

Family Dental of McKinney has been a blessing for our family. My two sons ages 10 and 17 actually enjoy their trips to the dentist now for cleanings and this has not always been the case. Over the years I have had extensive dental procedures done and I can say that this facility rates very high on the list of friendliness, cleanliness and very short wait times, if any at all. Dr. Irene is very thorough and always explains everything in detail so we know what to expect. Her work always turns out nice! The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to my insurance and always give me prices when needed before procedures are done. The dental technicians are efficient and super friendly with the kiddos. We are so thankful for Family Dental of McKinney and all of the wonderful staff!

I actually had a positive experience at the dentist. Dr. Irene and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I liked the personal service and the way they explained things to me in detail and answered all my questions. My previous trips to other dentists were cold and a little stressful but everyone at Family Dental of McKinney really made me feel at home. My family and I have found a dentist that we plan on using again, thanks!

Dr. Irene and the staff at Family Dental of McKinney are wonderful. I'm learning Spanish in school, and my dental hygienist spoke fluent Spanish. I spent the entire time practicing my Spanish on her (when I could speak) and had a great time. I totally forgot I was there for a cleaning and any dental anxiety I had dissipated. It was a great experience, and the ladies who run the front desk are awesome. Dr. Irene is an excellent dentist. After following her instructions for the past 6 months, my teeth look great, and I am very happy with my dental health.

Hated it. Hated it. Horrible. Seriously. The doctor used this big bulky plastic thing to hold my mouth open for what felt like a lifetime while i was getting my dental work done. The plastic thing was jabbing into my gums the whole time, my jaw was getting sore. I couldn't swallow. I was in pain. As soon as I got out of there i burst into tears. I left with swollen lips. Literally swollen. There were large lumps on the inside of my lips and my lips were completely chapped even though they smothered them with goop several times. It was just horrible. And I didn't want to swallow at all because of how gross my mouth tasted. They didn't even rinse it out. I had to run to the nearest restaurant to get a sprite. I had a dentist phobia for a very long time and I am still scared of going to the dentist afraid i'll have another experience like this again.
