They charge you a co pay as a specialist then send you a bill for more after they get the insurance check because they bill as as an emergency clinic no matter when you go in. They totally missrepresent themselves. Waited in the room for an hour for the Dr.

Bulverde Urgent Care has treated all four of our family members at one time or another and they are absolutely the best! Never a long wait and the doctors and staff are top notch. Way better than any ER. I'd recommend them to anyone. Made the mistake of going to a Texas Med Clinic...never again will I do that!!!! I ended up at Bulverde Urgent Care the next day!
