About two weeks ago I was on vacation and went to the Dahlgren Walmart. I am from the West Coast (Washington State) and this was my first trip to the East Coast. I had a horrible experience at DC airport and other retail stores in Virginia so my opinion of East Coast customer service was at an all time low. That was until I shopped at your store. I had questions as to items I later found out were exclusive to the West coast. On 5 separate occasions I had staff members go out of their way to assist me and my son. I don't believe there was one staff member that did not greet us without a smile. Keep up the good work. It is nice to see people taking pride in their job and extending courtesy. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed. I will also be contacting your manager to let her know that even in her absence she can rest assure her staff is hard at work.

Walmart is a great addition to the KG area. We went in to purchase a .22 rifle and could not have been more pleased with the service. Sure, it takes a while to get through all the paperwork but we were glad they were so thorough. Everyone from the sales associates to dept. manager to assistant store manager were fantastic and friendly. I have to say that we went to Ferry Farm Walmart to purchase the same gun a week prior (we were in the area so it was more convenient) and were basically told by the sales associate that she really didn't want to invest the hour or so it took to do the purchase since she got off in 30 minutes. Thanks Ferry Farm.....you made us keep the revenue in KG county!
