My son loves coming into the office because they make it a fun experience. There are always fun contests and themed months, so if you go into the office during superhero month and wear a superhero outfit you get extra Trout Dollars (Trout Dollars are awarded to patients for various reasons as a reward system they can use to "buy" prizes when they save up enough). So far he has gotten an iPod Shuffle and was able to go to the pre-screening release of one of the Hunger Games movies. He is never afraid to come in for appointments, and his brother likes coming in too because he can play video games in the waiting room the whole time. Now let's talk about his smile and his confidence with his great new smile. He gets braces off tomorrow and he is very excited! Little brother starts his treatment very soon! Great staff at Dr. Ehrmantrout's office! :)

I just finished my ortho treatment and I am very pleased with my results! Dr. Erhmantrout is amazing at what he does! His staff was always very helpful and very accommodating to my needs! Lisa is awesome! I have such a busy work schedule, and she has always tried to help fit me in at the times that worked for me, even if they already had a full schedule. My daughter has been going to Dr. Ehrmantrout since age 8. She is about to get her first set of braces off. The staff at Hawks Prairie Orthodontics has been fantastic. They are extremely patient with us and explain every detail of her treatment with not only me but also my daughter. They have a fun reward system that encourages the kids to take better care of their teeth. They also have a great game room to keep my other 3 boys busy while she is at her appointment. Our experience with Dr. Ehrmantrout & his staff has been nothing short of AMAZING! The staff is super friendly & they make us feel right at home! Dr E. is very thorough & is very good at explaining the entire process. The incentives he offers for proper care has really had an impact on how well my kids have taken care of their braces. We have had 4 sets of braces & we couldn't imagine seeing anyone else for our orthodontic needs! (We live about 40 minutes away & it has been worth it!)
