This office is very kind and compassionate. I am a nervous Nellie and the entire staff is calming and friendly, they do not make me feel guilty because of my fear. I have gone to Dr. Fankhauser most of my adult life and trust him and his office to take good care of me. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Dr. Fankhauser has been my dentist for over ten years. During that time I have found him and his staff to be friendly, welcoming and professional. During dental procedures patient comfort is a high priority and Dr. Fankhauser is very gentle. He is trustworthy and competent and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fankhauser to anyone looking for a great dentist.

They are always concerned with my comfort, even offering a blanket if they think I might be cold. They explain things well and answer all my questions. Rude!

At first I thought this dentist was OK. I grew up in a Christian environment but found it odd and unprofessional that they had evangelical tracts in the waiting room as well as bibles and Christian books. The dentist continually called me hon, honey, sweetheart, which annoyed me, but I continued to go. I had to get four cavities filled and it was VERY painful, but I had only had one cavity filling done years before, so was not aware it should not hurt that much. As I was flinching in pain, the dentist and hygienist did not offer to numb me more/ask me my pain level/inform me I should not be feeling everything. I finally stopped going when a hygienist and customer were discussing loudly in the waiting room how horrible people who celebrated Christmas and did not go to church were. Go to Dr. Harris, he is great.
