Beware. This dentist office has shown a huge lack of professionalism. But the big issue you must know: A missed appointment at this clinic will cost you. $75 to be exact. This may seem like a reasonable policy to a business owner, but in a poor economy lives are very hectic and $75 charges are complete asinine. I made an appointment during a visit in December and missed my appointment in March- three months later, during a time that I am working 50-70 hours a week just to get by. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I'll not be returning, and they without hesitation made me inactive and that was that. There was no attempt to reconcile the situation or make me as a patient/client happy. I e-mailed Fisher Jones after to elaborate on how I felt. I received a snarky response from James Jones, one of their dentists. No professionalism, no grace or understanding. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
