Rite Aid Pharmacy
Reviews
I usually don't have a problem with this Rite Aid Pharmacy. UNTIL I had to get a prescription for pain medication. I realized that some of the pills had been switched out for a similar looking pill that ended up being Ibuprofen from a CVS? When I returned to confront them I got a horrible attitude from the supposed Manager woman. She told me that her employees would never do that. She was extremely rude and acted like I was a complete scumbag drug addict, trying to come up on a couple extra pain killers? I was so flustered I didn't even get her name. I have Fibromyalgia and experience a lot of pain at times. Now, I NEVER get my pain meds there. I go to another Pharmacy and NEVER have any problems!!!
I will never spend money at a Rite Aid ever again. Horribly incompetent staff. They were poorly trained, rude, and could not keep track of my prescriptions. I had the most aggravating experience trying to get my medicine from them, I transferred it from one Rite Aid to another and they couldn't find it. I had to track it down for them. Once I did, then they made me drive to Bothell to pick up one third of it because for some stupid reason they couldn't fill that part there. Every Rite Aid I've gone to is slow to fill prescriptions and has had problems with the auto refill system. I had considered switching pharmacies for a long time, but that was just the end of it for me. I transferred to Target, and they had absolutely no problem keeping track of and accurately filling my prescription. No more waiting an hour for some snot nose punk to count out sixty pills for me. I get it quick, cheaper, and without the attitude.
