This pharmacy is awful. Every time I come here it's an awful experience. Perscriptions aren't ever ready at the promised time. I wait on line for up to 10 minutes while only the drive thru customers get helped. Have to wait longer after that for the prescription to be finished, as they never finish it by the promised time. Then have to wait on line again when they finally do finish it. Multiple times I don't get the full prescription. They forget to give me all the parts. The staff don't ever seem to know what they're doing. I hate this place. Literally while sitting here waiting for my prescription (which wasn't finished yet) the next 4 people in line were also told theirs isn't done yet.

This is the best Pharmacy in the West Valley. The staff are very courteous and helpful, even when they are extremely busy, which is most of the time. The Pharmacy manager is especially courteous and always goes out of the way to take care of any issue I have. Thanks for the hard work

The worst drive thru pharmacy I have ever experienced. I keep asking myself why I come back. If you can stay away.

I will have to say the first visit I went there I was not at happy with the service. After going back several times and getting to know the staff a bit better things are progressing. Had a typical horror story in January when Forumulaires change and the medicine you have become accustomed to is now being rejected. I got very frustrated and felt the person working in Pharmacy could care less whether it could make me sick for not getting the meds I am used to taking. I know that she did not make the rules on the formulary but a little compassion and understanding would have went a long way. I have now learned the one or two people to stay away from that work there, the rest are great.

Last time I went there,I spent 30 minutes in line behind 2 people. The cashier was too busy popping her gum and talking about her personal life to actually work or ask for some backup. I would rather pay Fry's inflated prices than shop at this Walgreens
