Set up an appointment on the website on a Wednesday; called me on Friday to tell me they would have to cancel my appointment for Saturday but to call one day in advance to set up appointment. I had done it 2 days out. The following week set it up on Thursday and they left me a message that they only had 1 left for Saturday. Apparently doing it on the website is only a request for an appointment. So come Saturday I arrive 15 minutes late to my appointment due to a car crash and I was not greeted upon entering. After standing there for 2 minutes I am approached only to be told I have to reschedule since it was 4. Maybe if someone would have been quick to help me I could have gotten my appointment at 3:58 PM? Their was no apology just I have to reschedule and then she walked away to help someone else. Guess I will not be going there anymore.
I really appreciate Dr. Williams abilities. As someone with a condition, that hardly anyone knows about, it is good to know that Dr. Williams is willing to listen to my needs and even take it upon herself to research the disability. I will also add that because of this disability, I have seen numerous eye specialist all across the state and none have gotten my eye glass prescription as accurate as she has. I will continue to see Dr. Williams as long as she stays around. Thanks!
I recently walked into Nationwide to see about thier specials, upon approaching the counter I never received a warm greet, just blank stares from all 4 girls behind the desk. I, of course, was the first to say hi and wondered how long they would have all just stared at me before they said "Hi and how can I help you today". After feeling very uncomfortable, I still asked about the eyeglass specials in the advertisements and felt as though I was having to ask multiple questions to get all the information I needed to make a purchase, as if she didn't know what they were selling or that she was not wanting to give me info. I even asked if they had a military discount and she yes, but never told me what it was, which was weird. I guess that needed to be one of the multiple questions I asked also. After coaching her through her job I hesitantly made an appt. for an eye exam, but after thinking about how uncomfortable I was I called to cancel it, of course the female on the phone didn't suggest or ask if I wanted to reschedule, which I would have been a surprised if it was any other place than this facility. The deals seem great, but I am a firm believer that if the customer service sucks I don't care how great the deal is.
I recently had exam with this place and they are great. the staff was very helpful! I will continue to go to the place for all my glasses.
