This pharm. is the best ever! I've NEVER waited longer than 5 mins for my scripts, n they always have everything that other pharmacys don't have in stock. They accept all insurances and they're friendly n knowledgable about what meds certain ins will n will not cover n what docs need to write for or how to get the scripts approved. Its always been the Dr's office's that don't know what's covered n what is, or the Dr's offices that hold up over rides etc. They never have problems callin Dr's offices for u or gettin things done right then not in a day or 2! I would, n do recommend this mom n pop chain to anyone who is tired of waiting around or the crap u get from the chain pharmacies, not to mention they can usually beat EVERY big box pharmacy's cash prices by a significant amount!

They're idiots. They do NOT have any information on insurance, nor medications. I was trying to become a new customer; but I guess they are good with customers and can afford to lose new ones.

This is a true "mom n pop" pharmacy. Usually we are taken care of by a husband and wife team, but every pharmacist and every tech that works there remembers us. They say prescriptions filled in fifteen minutes, but I've never waited that long. Its always been instant for us. They don't spend 10 minutes spacing out to a computer screen. They always have the time to spend educating us. And if we don't need questions answered, they use that time to chat us up. Always polite and professional though. If they don't have it, they will get it, and tenaciously. None of the "oh it might come on the truck...or not..." If they happen to think they have slighted you in any way, like making you wait a few minutes while they finish up the customer they are working with, they go out of their way to apologize and make up for it, though this is not at all necessary. The only reason all my scripts are not there is because the rest are sent from my insurance company's mandatory mail order. I don't see how anyone can go wrong using their pharmacies in the West Valley.

Great staff, very fast good people. Never have to wait more than five minutes. And they take all insurances.
