I visited this clinic twice. At that time of my first visit, I was given a very thorough X-ray screening. Afterwards I found out that these people have a reputation all over town of performing unnecessary work. I chose to return six months later anyway, only because we were moving in three days and all I wanted was a good cleaning. I was told that I would need ANOTHER set of X-rays "in order to get a complete examination." Number 1: In 50+ years of dental work, I've never had X-rays done more than once a year. Number 2: I informed the receptionist that I didn't want a complete examination. What would have been the point of finding possible problems that Sundance wouldn't be addressing? The receptionist indignantly informed me "no x-rays, no examination." So I left. If you want your head bombarded with radiation twice as often as necessary in order to plump up Sundance Dental Group's cash flow, go right ahead. Otherwise, stay away.

We as a family have had nothing but a GREAT experience with this dental office. The staff are very friendly and helpful in every department. No one wants dental work done, due to the experience, pain and expense. But we have been happy and always feel that we are in good care. I had a crown done myself which gave me some issues of pain for a while, but Dr. Parker assured me that some people it does take longer to heal, he got me in to check me out and see if the crown needed adjusting, I was in and out in no time and within a week the pain was gone and I have had no more issues. Dr. Parker has always explained our options and expenses of any work that needs to be done.

The front office/waiting room is always clean and bright. Lots to read, movies to watch, and the staff kept me updated and informed. The procedures were thoroughly explained, the treatment plan and options for the future were explained, and I was provided a printout of costs. My daughter was also there, and the staff kept me updated on her situation as well. At one point I heard her laughing, so I know she was relaxed and not stressed out over the experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and very good at what they do. EVERYTHING was explained to me, and I had options and choices. I never felt pressured towards one procedure or the other, and given the advantages and disadvantages to all options. I know it's strange to say "I like going to the dentist." But in this case, I actually do!

My husband needed some dental work. He is very picky when it comes to any doctor. Our insurance sent us here. Thank god for all of us he had the best dental experience of his life! Dr Parker and his staff were amazing! They did a great job on his teeth and he actually had a great time at the dentist, imagine that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Sundance Dental Group is my new dental office. I went in as a new patient as I recently moved to the Buckeye area and needed a new dentist close to home. I went in and notices how nice the lobby area was, it was clean and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I was greeted promtply. I arrived about 30 minutes early as the office is on on way home right off the highway and they actually got me in and took me back quickly. I only waited for a few minutes and was greeted by staff throughout the process letting me know that I would be helped shortly. The Dr. came in, My Dr was Dr. Don Parker. He was very friendly and came in and sat for a minute to get to know me. I was quickly taken back for xrays after that. I was expecting to just get xrays done and wanted a cleaning as well but in the past i have always had to go back another day to get a cleaning. They then told me that they would be doing my cleaning today. I was very happy that I could get everything done all in one visit. Dr. Don parker was vere thourough and informed me of everything that was going on and kept me up to date. I have already recommended them to friends and family in the area that Sundance is the place to go!
