Doctors who listen and advise options; competent and cheerful staff

My kids have been going here for 7 years. Dr. Nason is great. We like her so much, we stayed with her when they opened the Chandler office. We get same day appointments and if they are with the NP's or PA's... it's all good service and medical advice. My husband is an RN and we've not had any of the problems others discuss related to billing, etc. They offer great care and are evidence-based. If you are looking for a great practice with great doctors, this is for you.

Been going to this office for 7+ years. I love them. I can get a same day appt anytime we need. I haven't met a provider that treated us poorly (and we have seen just about all of them). Even without insurance, the visits are affordable. Keep in mind that people tend to write reviews when they are unhappy. I was shocked to see a low rating for them :|

I have been taking my children to this office for 4 years now. I absolutely LOVE them! They always go the extra mile for us... Even staying a tad later after close on a Friday so that my child could be seen (with a painful ear infection). I have had no problem getting the kids in for a same day appointment. Granted, once you find a doctor that you adore ( for my kiddos- Dr. Mullen) it is wise to schedule the well checkups in advance. The front desk staff is friendly and prompt. I have NEVER had to wait a long time to see a doctor. I have NEVER had a negative billing episode. I DO NOT believe my children are just a number - these medical professionals are compassionate and caring. I too have received a phone call from Dr. Mullen on her day off calling to check on my baby. It's obvious it's not about the money for these doctors but ultimately their love and concern for the health of your children. It's frustrating to see these negative reviews on a facility that I consider part of my family. I guess that's the bad thing about Google reviews... Most of the time it's the few people who have a negative experience that take their time to speak their mind. I'm sure I have fallen victim to not choosing a business because of negative reviews when they are that small percentage of bad experiences in a huge pool of great experiences. We have been going here for two and a half years. They have been really good to us. If we ever had to bring a sick kid in, they could always fit us in. We have had a couple of sacres that required us to call the call doctor. They always get back to us in a reasonable time frame. Unlike everyone who has had billing problems, we have had none. A simple copay at the door and that is it.
