Dr. Gingerich will be greatly missed. We had several emergencies with our dogs while visiting the area. He and his staff treated our dogs with the utmost compassion and we are forever grateful. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Gingerich. We had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kelcourse when our dog was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease. He did extensive research and consulted with colleagues to find the best method of treatment. His prices are reasonable and he does not try to sell you extras. We greatly appreciate all he has done for us. Thank-you Dr. K.
While visiting in Florida recently, my toy poodle Tessa hit a bump in the road which required major surgery. Dr. Matthew Kelcourse and other professionals and staff at Gulf Breeze Veterinary Hospital did a great job of restoring Tessa to good health, and she's doing very well now. I can't say enough about the wonderful services and friendly atmosphere provided by GBVH! It is a five-star operation, and I encourage anyone looking for a competent and friendly veterinary hospital in the North Port, FL area to contact them. You'll be glad you did!
We can't say enough about the skill and compassion that Dr. Kelcourse and his staff exhibit each time we have taken our dogs in for care. They are all very professional, courteous and responsive to both the four-legged and two-legged clients. Our Labrador suffered an accident that lead to her having a spinal problem resulting in paralysis of her back legs and the care and extensive follow-up by Dr. Kelcourse made all the difference in her recovery process. There are not enough words to describe our gratitude and to highly recommend this exceptional hospital for any and all needs in terms of care for your pets!!
Dr. Kelcourse of Angel Animal Clinic has proven to me that sincerity and ethical principles still exist in veterinary medicine. In past dealings with various clinics, I have witnessed “product pushing” and unnecessary procedures with the sole intent of increasing revenue. This is not the case with Dr. Kelcourse’s practice. In fact, Dr. Kelcourse recently assisted my mother and I with the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our eighteen year old dachshund. Anyone who has had to make that call understands how difficult life can be. Dr. Kelcourse made that time in our lives less traumatic by assuring us we were making the right decision; he knew Prissy was suffering from cancer and kidney disease. In retrospect, Prissy’s health was rapidly declining and Dr. Kelcourse helped me realize how selfish keeping her alive would be. I am proud to say Dr. Kelcourse has restored my faith in the veterinary industry by revealing the compassion he has for his profession!!!
