LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!!! Quickest, most courteous, general medical service in Charlotte County! Dr.Ballestas is awesome! His staff is perfect. Both the Doctor and his team are not only professional, they are empathetic and go above an beyond for their patients. I quit bothering to go to family physicians years ago in favor of the Medical Pavillion. I've never had to wait like I have for regular appointments at other physicians offices. Other physicians have their staff book multiple appointments every 15 minutes, causing the physician and staff to forever be behind schedule. I hate that the staff takes their stress out on patients, and I hate that the physician can't be bothered to care for their patients properly as they try to cram patients in for the dollars they represent. At Dr.Ballestas' office you go when you want to and get seen ASAP and you're treated as if they WANT to see you. Full range facility including general diagnostic equipment.
