Doctor McKenzie did not just offer spectacular service. The office help were very friendly, kind, and understanding. They were good with my young son while I was in such pain it was hard to focus on him. I came late to my appointment and was heart broken to hear that the doctor had to leave. He was done for the day; but instead of making me wait through the labor day holiday in tears, he came back to the office for me. I had a tooth extracted while sedated. I have always been terrified of pain at the dentist. So when I sat down to have this awful tooth pulled I cried. Those fears left with the way that they took care of me. I know I am a terrible patient in any clinic so they were dealing with a full grown child! lol. The extraction did not take very long, and the pain was minimal. It was more the fear of getting it done that made it difficult for me. The dental assistant went beyond her call and while I was laying in the chair finished with the procedure she wiped my face clean of the mascara that had run down my face. They have top bedside manners. Their rates are also very reasonable, they will not rip you off like most dental clinics. Do not think twice, Use Dr. McKenzie you will not regret it.
