Be warned. Although some have had success with this Acupuncturist, I will layout my experience. Initial consultation is a sales pitch complete with a 10 min video showing everything they can help with from heart problems, emotional issues, to pain management. Three sessions are then setup including a thermal scan of your body. After a thermal scan, an assessment is made if your a candidate for further assistance. In the first session, Yen holds your wrist and analyzes your troubled areas by feel. At this point was told my heart, liver, and circulation was needing assistance. I also had pain in my neck and shoulder blade with a severe case of Tinitis. I signed for 6 sessions costing 340 dollars, to which they targeted neck pain, shoulder pain, and Tinitis. After 6 sessions, I was abruptly informed by Yen he couldn't help me without any explanation. Never was my heart, liver or, any other troubled areas to which Yen pointed out to me addressed. In other words, everything that was made known to me through the assessment was NOT treated. After many hours of research I found my case isn't hard to treat in the hands of a truly informed and certified person. To all looking for a knowledgeable acupuncturist, I would advise against this office. To those with whom has had success from Yen, I am happy for your results and wish you all well.
