I've had several problems on multiple occasions. Don't trust them to call when your prescription is ready--they won't even bother, even though they'll take your phone number and say they'll notify you. Insurance practices are kind of strange at this location. I've had to show multiple insurance cards to get prescriptions covered. I have not had this problem at other CVS locations.

I had an issue with a purchase from my last visit, I spoke with the manager, and before I could explain my situation he had already decided I was wrong before even listening to me. He barely looked at my receipt, and tried to tell me it wasn't a receipt it was a return slip. He got loud with me when I challenged his accusations, and when I said I would never shop in this store again, he proudly exclaimed "I would appreciate it" Horrible customer service. I took my receipt to another store, not for a refund, but for validation, come to find out I am right and the manager was just being a jerk to save his company $3. I will never shop at this location again.
