I won't go into a long story of my one (1) experience at this incompetent place but I echo the other reviewers comment: If you can avoid it then do so. There's a Walgreens across the street. They don't listen (actually it annoys them when you talk) and they have a myriad of fast excuses to avoid lifting a small finger ("can't fill a prescription we forgot after 8..come back tomorrow." etc. etc.)

Only CVS Pharmacy in Maricopa, AZ what kinda of rating do you think can be given. They are very busy and always swamped! This store really needs 2-3 Pharmacists ALL the time, one person for the drive thru window and one person to run the front register. People wait a long time thru the drive up window wasting gas. You better make sure you have money for your copay's cause CVS will NOT loan you any of your regular meds if you don't have for the copay like other Pharmacies. You will be SOOL!!!! I have been in the area for over one year now and they still don't know how to spell my last name, they need to learn who the customers are and spellings of the last names. We keep them in business even though they think we cannot do without their business. I don't care who reads my comments cause maybe someone will read it and make this store better.

Shopping here is okay, but they have the worst pharmacy ever. I called in a refill on a Rx on a Monday, the automated system said it would be ready Tuesday after 12pm. I had to work so I couldn't pick it up until Thursday, and it still wasn't ready. They have at least 8 people working behind the pharmacy counter, and they can't fill a Rx in a decent amount of time??? If you can avoid it, stay away from this pharmacy!!! Go to walgreens or walmart instead.
