There are very few checkers at this Walmart as it is. Always long lines. Always see other employees standing around BSing while only 2 or 3 checkers are handling 10-12 people waiting in each line. LAAAZZZYYY.

This walmart is very rude. I went to walmart to purchase a dvd player. the cashier was too busy talking to other co-workers, so after 10 mins i left. I was mad, so I called for customer service, and the lady who answered the phone was rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said " for what?" I told her can i please speak to a supervsior and she said " well I need to know" so i yelled that i needed to speak to a supervisor and she started talking smack, "who do you think you are? i need to let the supervisor know." I tired asking for her name but she then quickly transferred me to a supervisor. When i told the supervisor about these 2 incidents, she said, "and what do you want me to do about it?" I told her if you don't care then can i speak to someone else. She changed her tone and told me that she was the only one on shift and that she will talk to those employees. I called the next day and asked for the general manager, I ended up getting the assistant manager, and i told her about everything that happened, she apologied, and kept saying that didnt sound like her staff. I hope she did take my complaint seriously.

My Complaint was handle properly by upper Management. Thank you Mike and Bill.

No customer service at the electronics counter and sporting goods counter after five pages and about 30 minutes I moved on.

Don't go here!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!.... Rude, lazy associates. They DON'T LIKE to PRICE MATCH! If they do, they will do it with an attitude! I make the drive to Chandler when I need something from a Wal-Mart. Don't believe me... Go try it yourself.
